Explanation:
This mod -actually even I can't call it mod at all- allows you to bring back your parents to life. So I'll explain what they can do and not as simple as possible.
- This mod is NOT compatible with save games.
- This mod is compatible with all versions of the game and all mods*. And also don't crash the game at all but anything might happen and tbh I'm NOT responsible for it. *Mods which enables character deaths may have problems with this mod. Still investigating on it.
- In the basic game, your father spawns at Zeonica and your mother spawns at Rhesos Castle. When you take your father to your party you need to bribe at Zeonica. But some mods can change their location or make them party leader at the begging of the game so check that as soon as you start the game.
- You can take their equipment. And if you set them as a merchant when you create your character you can get the "Merchant's Fur Coat" which is a unique item and you can't find in-game so far. Or you can have higher equipment at the begging of your journey.
- Your parents will stay in your family section like your wife/husband and kids.
- You can use them as a companion but they won't spawn when you visited towns or villages.
- They can join the war with you.
- You can appoint them as a governor to a castle or town.
- They can be a party leader.
- I didn't try it but you might send them with your caravan as well but not sure I'm not sure at all.
- You can't send them to missions.
- You can upgrade their skills and choose their perks.
- Even they are your parents you still pay them. Installation:
- Unzip the file.
- Copy "Heroes" file to > steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\SandBox\ModuleData
- And say yes to replace files
- It's good to take a back up of "Heroes" file if you want to change it back.
More Configuration:
- Go tosteam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\SandBox\ModuleData
- Open "Lords" file.
- Press ctrl+f and search for main_hero_father or main_hero_mother
- You will see these codes <skills></skills> and if you paste these codes you can change your parent's skills as you wish. Just change number 0-300. It's all up to you.
