The ui.assets file hasn't changed, so I don't think it has anything to do with this update, so I think it will work. I'll test it out, and if it doesn't work, I'll tell you again.
Thanks and I hope you update us for confirmation. As long as the ui.assets.bank file hasn't changed and the mod Horn On Orders (the previous versions that use .bank) works on 1.4 this mod will work fine. From reports I've seen it still works with 1.4 beta

It seems that TW doesn't allow .bank file been overwritten anymore.
