   SO I DOWNLOADED IT AND BANNER PASTE. i went into save game loaded it hit c for banner editor and held control and v then control and b nothing happens?

   When I copied the code to my banner editor, the game crashed, do you know why?

      Works fine for me, I know after 1.3.0 you might need the BannerPaste mod in order to paste code.
      
      I would say also make sure that you have the code and only the code selected as anything else that is not valid code will CTD.
