still the best great helms around! i add it to every mod i play pretty much.

    Basic Install Tutorial
If you are only adding them as items in game to be found in shops. Follow these steps exactly, or it will not work and you have to start from scratch. Go slow! (took me a while to figure these things out. its actually fairly easy with this pack because he has properly named things)

    1) Always backup your files first! If you are adding the whole OSP, you dont need to be as selective as these steps describe.

    2) Find ALL the textures of the helmets you want to add - Copy & Paste the textures to the "Textures" file in the mod or base game you are adding it to.

    3) In the "Item_Text" find the lines of the helmets you want to add. C&P these lines EXACTLY to the "Items_Text" of the mod or base game you are adding it to. At the top of that file you will see a number, like 1525 for example, you need to add the number of items you added to that number and edit it (ex 1525+5=1530), otherwise you will get an error (Morgh's item editor can fix the number for you if you use that tool). IMPORTANT! - You may need to add a space some where to make sure each complete line is separated. Always add these lines BEFORE the "items_end" line, otherwise they will not appear.

    4) C&P the wees helms ".brf" file to the "Resources" folder of the mod or base game you are adding it to.

    5) Find the "load resource wees helmets" line (thats not the exactly language, but its similar) in the "Module.ini" and C&P that to the "Module.ini" of the mod or base game you are adding it to. I would add it at the end of the series of "load resource" armors or helms in the mod or game file. (I recommend C&P that resource line in a txt file in your wees helms folder, just to make your life easier if you add it to many mods like i do)

    6) Test it in your game. IMPORTANT - if you load an existing game, give it a few in game days to appear in stores. This wont be a problem on new characters. If textures are not showing properly, you either missed something in these steps or have a conflict with an existing texture.

    Thats it! Hope this helps!

How do i get to step one? I'm completely new to this kind of modding and I am so use to the steam modding scene.

How do I install this? I'm quite new to Mount and Blade and I am baffled at how confusing modding is in this game. It seems it's easier to install modpacks than individual mods like this.
