They knew what they were doing with Havik. Even though I hate his MK1 ripped face origin story and his role in the plot, I do value how true this design is to his character. This is arguably the best character design in the game because he is meant to be chaotic and disgusting and that's exactly what this picture of one of his fatalities is showing.
