Terrors and horrors of the Sixth House await in today's Mod of the Day, for today we're showcasing Horror at Helvil Mine by The Kwama Koalition, a mod that, despite its name, is actually a rather innovative business mod, allowing you to take ownership of a Kwama egg mine and gradually grow and expand it with a number of upgradable features.

The first MWSE lua business mod of its kind, the Horror at Helvil Mine allows you to hire miners and guards, as well as upgrade their level and equipment, and you can even do things like repair the mine's rail network and research forbidden arcane Kwama magic to increase the productivity of both your mine and miners. With 11 new quests, including everything from sabotaging your competition to acquiring mining equipment, a new Kwama-man companion, and even a new set of Kwama-based armor, there's quite a bit of content stuffed into this mod.

If you're a fan of old modding classics like Erengard Mines or you just want a new way to earn money in Morrowind, this is a really fantastic business mod that's worth adding to your game.
