I'm late to the party here, but I wanted to clarify some things.
1. This should be part of "Modder's Resources" rather than "Models and Textures": there is no ESP file.
2. It also lacks a ReadMe, so the user isn't told that "_Phjj_reflectionGold" has to be placed both in the Icons folder and the Textures folder. If you do that, the ingot looks a lot less like salmon, and more like what they used to call "red gold", or even highly-polished copper. (I've uploaded a user image of how it looks in the Construction Set when you include both "TX_Gold_ingot" and "_Phjj_reflectionGold" in Textures.)
3. Since it's meant to be a reflection-style texture, "_Phjj_reflectionGold" doesn't make a very good icon. If you know how to make an icon, I recommend replacing the version in the Icons folder.
