I distributed Tamriel_Data kwama assets in all of the Vvardenfell egg mines (the assets themselves originally belonged to OAAB_Data, but were later merged into Tamriel_Data). Let's get the fundamentals out of the way: 1. No, I did not make each egg mine unique in its own way or have made additional quests for any of them. Only in the mines which had at least something going for them have I made small additions. 2. I added minimal loot to some of the egg mines to make them a bit more rewarding to explore (most of them are still empty). The loot won't be easy to find. 3. Most of the mines are still boring, yes. And that's how it should be. The sole purpose of these places is to showcase the player how the main source of food in Morrowind is being operated. Basically they are like the farms in Skyrim.
Mod cleaned with TESAME.
Incompatibilities with other mods editing egg mines: most likely conflicts with all of them. Unless the other overhauls create an interior from scratch and move the entrance marker there, leaving the original interior intact, they will conflict. You can always remove individual conflicting egg mines from my mod with TESAME/TES3CMD, if you'd like.
