Awesome, much needed, idea! I hate to be *that* person, but is there any chance of a modular version? I'd love this for TR, but, due to compatibility concerns, I don't have Waters of Morrowind installed, and I doubt I'm alone.

EDIT, OK, I just did some brief testing, and, so far, in general, things look good. I did notice a bit of underwater land tearing near (vanilla) Ebonheart, but that could also be related something else in my load order. And, the nice thing about "grass" mods, of course.. is that they're easy to test, because the plug-in remains unticked...a godsend when you have so much game.
EDIT 2: I just tested without your files, and the underwater land-tearing south of Ebonheart is still present, so it's something else in my LO. However, I've only seen it in the one spot thus far, so I'm not fussed.
Thank you for testing. I know you already confirmed that it's your load order, but I wanted to double check. I could not find any tearing around Ebonheart with only TR and Corals installed.
I have a several mods that touch the general area, so it could be any one of them... Still, it's underwater, so I'm not extremely concerned (if it was above water I'd be trying to troubleshoot like crazy), given it seems limited to the one spot, and most of my characters don't spend a huge amount of time underwater. Of course, I also just installed the underwater plug-ins of the Fantasia grass mod (so far, appears to work well with this), and Tamriel Water Life, so that could change, but I'd just avoid "snorkelling" south of Ebonheart. Also, my current headcanon is that on a whim, Dagoth UR managed to create an earth tremor in the spot.
