Or, rather, those that don't let you move the hotbar yourself through the scripts menu or something. For those that have this functionality (if there is any) - it probably would be simpler to tweak those values.
But, besides that, this version has not only vertical, but also horizontal positions tweaked, as well as the minimap made bigger by approximately somewhat around a lot.
