    So I met the NPC at seyda but he wont sell anything to me, is there something I need to do prior?

      Yup spoke to Caius and my character is a novice of the Blades and still nothing, I can only chat about topics and persuade him.

    Ooooh, this sounds pretty cool! And pretty clever for a first time mod too! I'll definitely have to try this on my next OpenMW based run, unless this is also compatible with MWSE?👀
