SunnyTheCat Morrowind being really unbalanced, doesnt mean this mod isnt unbalanced. The racial passive magical effects are fine, the sign that is shown is really op and several levels worth of free bonus magical stats.
BUT ALSO its a mod the guy made for his friends, and made it public too. So at the end of the day even though its broken, who cares if it makes people get into this great game.
Yes, since it edits the race data, it will affect all other mods, as well as change the training for most characters since their skills will be boosted based on race.
It won't affect races added from other mods such as Khajiit variants
I'd give it a try, but This file has been automatically quarantined and may be unsafe. Also, would it be possible for you to give the Khajiit a normal bright permanent Night Eye? As someone who plays as a Khajiit, you won't believe how annoying it is to have to re-cast it all the time. No one is going to be doing this.

This is my first mod so i wasn't aware that the file type could cause issues.
For the Khajiit, they have a permanent 15 point Night-Eye in addition to the temporary spell. However, I have increased the temporary spell's duration to 10 minutes instead of 1. If more adjustments are needed will be happy to look into them! Thanks!
Thanks! Well, if you still accept feedback, then I'd suggest making the night eye toggleable only. No one who plays as a khajiit wants to have to re-cast it, even once every 10 minutes, trust me :P

I have updated the file to a .zip as it seems the .rar was giving a false positive. It should be available now.
