I wasn't happy with Trueflame and Hopesfire. I dislike when legendary artifacts are WEAKER that what I can enchant myself. Why would I use either of them instead of my beloved Eltonbrand? Eltonbrand restores my fatigue, boosts my attack, as well as being 50% faster, soooooo...
Instead of damage ranges, I averaged and rounded them so they would do consistent damage.
Both:
Chop = 50 Slash = 50 Thrust = 25
Trueflame:
Speed: 1.35 (just like its unenchanted version, and just like Hopesfire)
10 Absorb Fatigue 30 Fortify Attack for 5 seconds 40 Fire Damage 100 Weakness to fire for 5 seconds
Hopesfire:
20 Weight (just like its twin, Trueflame
10 Absorb Fatigue 30 Fortify Attack for 5 seconds 40 Shock Damage 100 Weakness to shock for 5 seconds
All of that is only 99 of the 100 enchant points on the base weapon, so yes, you could just do this in-game if you didn't mind breaking the quest.
Put both of them at 1500 Charges each, which at 70 per use = ~21. About the same as they were before at 100/5, and yes, still doable in-game for Trueflame if you use Almalexia's Soul to enchant it.
