      It works fine if I load it last but I have like 2 other esp replacers for patches with oaab seyda neen and oaab shipwrecks, im guessing I should just leave it then for the next playthrough?

   is the name of the file right? your installation instruction makes it sound like it should be titled shipyards of Vvardenfell patch.esp or something like that. (Load this after it) or is that in reference to needing models from the original mod?
