   in the shrine area there is a part of the ceiling missing on the right side of the room that you can see out of bounds. also for me i couldnt find the sigil stone i never got a journal entry related to it

      The sigil stone in an object from OAAB Data. I made it so that you have to find one from another dungeon of some kind. Chances are you have another dungeon mod that has sigil stones as loot.
      
      Also there is no journal entry for the sigil stone.

      It might be a good idea to add a couple of said mods to the description. I've honestly never ran into a sigil stone so i got very stumped at that part.

      My mod adds two new areas and it requires you to kill the boss before you can report the location of the mine. There also won't be any repopulating.
