It seems to work fine, I got no error. I haven't looked much around yet, but found a few things, there are 2 things outside of Thervul Serethi's house, it's not easy to get into Felarave Idaneth's house because the slope is pretty steep and a misplaced root at the northern gate.
And I tested a bit about how compatible some placements of some mods are:
"Of Melodies and Moonlight" seems to work fine, even the root doesn't seem to block the door of a building beneath. "Of Musk and Mer" and "Of Murk and Mussels" would need a patch. "Sadrith Mora Backstreet Pod" - Seems to be included? "OAAB Market" makes my FPS heavy, but it looks good and seems to work. xD "Telvanni Lighthouse in Sadrith Mora" also no problem (it is outside, just wanted to mention) "Sadrith Mora Market Mushroom" easy no problem. "Shipyards of Vvardenfell" compatible, just one green root into a ship being built.
Hey it looks amazing. I am using it with DetailDevils Seat of POwer (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/53465) but it seems to be "deleting" wolverine hall cell? Can someone else confirm or just me

You put all the data files from the vanilla mod folder in your Morrowind Data Files folder and after put the patch Seat of Power?
The vanilla folder contain all the meshes and textures. The patch is only a .esp file to make it compatible with Seat of Power but you will need the data files from the vanilla for working corectly.
I'm really confused by this... I don't understand what happend to you. Is the mod load before SoP? I will do some test and researches about your problem and I'm sorry about all of it.
