About this mod

Borean Manor is a home built for Borean Knight.

Scenic location overlooking lake Andaram looks most beautiful at sun rise. It is a place where a certain Hlaalu noble used to have his vacation home. He has recently passed away and left no hair, so the abode is free for taking, if you have proven yourself to be worthy.

Just joking. The house is free because I suck at scripting :-D The house was made specifically for Borean Knight because I loved watching his playthrough and decided to repay in some way. Please check out his channel and meet Guerric White Hands (or whoever he will decide to embody the next time).

The house features 4 floors - the ground, the private, the attic and the cellar on top. Or should I say bottom. It is spacious enough, with decent amount of storage and display and also  some fancy new models found in the data folder that I could not resist using (the lamps!! OMG the lamps!!). If you think the house looks empty somewhat, it is because I wanted to give some space for the inhabitant to place their equipment and stuff as they please.
There is a very special enchanted ring on the coffee table. And on the desk in the study, if you happen to loose the first one.

This mod therefore not only Tamriel Rebuilt with Tamriel Data and OOAB, but Beautiful Cities as well, even though it has little to do with Vvardenfell settlements.

This is the first house mod I made for anybody else than myself, so please be gentle. I used cleaning tools, so it SHOULD be all right. But the previous version, built before Grasping Fortune release, was cursed with rock floating around, so you never know when Tamriel Rebuilt demigods decide to curse your mod with some Tamriel Data pranks :-)

The screenshots were taken on heavily modded game, so if you want to replicate this look, you will need Vapourmist, Glow in the Darhk, Enhanced textures,  and even some shaders on top of it. It also heavily alters the "vanilla" setting, so you might want to run the distant land generator to avoid landmass collapsing in front of your eyes!

I hope you enjoy your new home, Borean (and if you are not Borean Knight, I hope you enjoy it too :-)!
