   A modder of taste, I see! This mod has made it into pretty much every one of my loads order since I discovered it way back when.

      A fellow eye-candy connoisseur!
      
      I've been doing some mod archeology and conservation work, will probably reupload more classic/abandoned mods and patches to help keep them preserved and compatible.

      Hi!
      
      This mod "adds a hot air balloon floating lazily over the skies of Balmora. Doesn't do anything but float around, purely aesthetic"

      I really love the feeling the Festive Balmora mod gives!
      
      I might end up uploading my edit of that mod, which makes it compatible with some other minor tweaks/additions that add more similar "eye-candy".
