I think that death penalties should be customisable. Also, resurrection in Vivec and Ebonheart only seem weirdly specific and restrictive. Maybe Second Chances' resurrection/respawn system based on Almsivi or Divine Intervention could be considered.
Haven't testet that mod, but since the stats only get modified at death I don't think there should be any conflicts. Customisable death penalties would require using lua, which at this stage is still a total mystery to me. I set the resurrections points to only those two because of my current roleplay preference, they could be changed to use the default intervention scripts, but I need to see how those are implemented.
