I always found that the blizzard and ash storm sounds in morrowind felt significantly louder than every other weather sound in the game, and the fact that they're only a couple of seconds long and loop constantly was extremely noticeable and hurt my ears. I couldn't find any other mod on this site that touched them so I made this mainly for myself, but I thought there might be others who would like it.
This mod reduces the volume of the sound effects by about half, and also extends them by just a few seconds to hopefully conceal their constant looping better. It's still a bit noticeable because they sounded unnatural if I made them too much longer, but they should sound a lot lighter and not hurt your ears anymore.
