Wow this is beautiful! Would you consider making a replacement mod for all the heads? I know that's a pretty big ask so thank you for what you've done so far anyway!
Thank you friend , sorry for all the hassle , this was my first mod ever , everything is fixed right now and the new file must be 18MB , the problem was not just i forgot the texture but also i did not know how to put a good adress for texture files , now i learnt and fixed it , i am sorry again and i hope you enjoy my mod

Looks like its missing the texture. I get purple head when I use. The nif is referencing "c:\users\t a t\desktop\blank models\elf_face_0325112215_texture.bmp"
