1. DESCRIPTION

A quaint cottage style estate just outside Caldera. It has entrance room with stairs
leading up to the landing and master bedroom, armory, library and an enchantment and
alchemy lab in the basement, with plenty of storage space throughout.
There is little to no items within the mod so you can decorate it with whatever you want,
there is no armor or weaponry in the armory and no books in the library, leaving it free
for you to fill with your own collections. There are ample bookshelves display tables and
chests so you should never be without room, and all the chests can hold weight up to 10,000.

3. INSTALLING THE PLUGIN

Place the calders estate.esp into the following directory:
program files/ Bethesda Softworks/ Morrowind/ Data Files

4. PLAYING THE PLUGIN

From the Morrowind Launcher, select Data Files and check the box next to the
(caldera estste.esp)

5. SAVE GAMES
===============
This mod does not effect your game when saving.
