Quick little fix I made for OAAB Tel Mora and Ranis Athrys LGBA so that Nalliah Andreth's journal doesn't get stuck behind a wall and inaccessible unless using TCL (toggle collision) to grab it

Note: this is only compatible if you use OAAB Tel Mora, if you don't use it then this fix is not needed and will not work properly.
