Adds an unobtrusive spell containing all vanilla spell effects for use in custom spell-making or enchanting.
Requires OpenMW due to vanilla Morrowind's 8-effect-per-spell limit. To use, open the console and type:
Does not require DLC. Casting the spell does nothing. Does not modify vanilla spell-making restrictions (i.e. no Restore Magicka). Created with openmw-cs, and cleaned with TESAME/tes3cmd. Adds (1) record to the Spells category, and touches nothing else.
