      The only way I can help you, aside of suggesting to use OpenMW, is giving you my picture files; CrimsonSoul allowed to use his textures freely and similarly I allow to use mine. Feel free to use these to make a MGE version, check the files tab optional section.

   will this work with tamriel rebuilt, skyrim home of the nords, and project cyrodiil ?

      I just updated the imperial castle interior meshes of the base game; so other meshes will have the same stone texture inside and outside
