FIXED: Constant effect enchantments are no longer affected by player/npc spell resistance settings.
FIXED: Code optimized so only creatures and NPCs are checked for mod data relating to attribute changes.
ADDED: The ability to affect the rest of an NPCs attributes instead of just Agility. This is ON BY DEFAULT, so check your settings before loading an existing save.
ADDED: The ability to toggle non-hostile spells (such as charm/restore health/calm) being affected by spell resistance on or off. On by default.
