About this mod
This mod allows you to purchase a house in Brina Cross in the Kingdom of Anvil, Cyrodiil.

Brina Cross is a land-locked town in the north eastern corner of the Kingdom of Anvil in Cyrodiil. It's the third biggest settlement in the kingdom. To buy a house, unlock the "Brina Cross" dialogue topic and talk to Lurius Alro in Halgern Manor.
House characteristics:
- Ground floor and a basement.
- One sleeping place.
- Some potted plants.
- Some left-over items to clean up.
- Only one light source - the player is expected to buy candles and lamps separately.
- A medium amount of storage and shelf space.
- Priced 3500 septims (there's an alternative plugin with a higher price).
This mod, of course, relies on Project Cyrodiil and Tamriel Data. To accommodate a new house, I had to make adjustments to 4 exterior cells in southern Brina Cross, rebuild the stone fence and move some statics. Pathgrid is also adjusted.
