    I made similar in Skyrim, it is a great thing in Oblivion.
    Is there a chance to make these appear rarely in merchant lists?

    This looks awesome! Just curious, is there any kind of power scaling with these? And how many of the non-enchantment buffs (like attack speed and weight) can you apply to a single item?

      No power scaling, it uses modifiers from DRIP which are all balanced towards being useful at any level without being OP.

      The number of modifiers you can fit on an item is limited to the 32-character limit on object names. If it can add the prefix/suffix to the object name without going over that limit, then you can add the modifier (unless the modifier is an enchantment and the item is already enchanted).

    Cool! Is there any way to modify the drop chance via MWSE, or is that an ESP side matter?

      The drop chance is set on the leveled lists in the esp

    Does DRIP need to be "enabled" or is it enough just to have it installed and "disabled"? for this mod to work

      It just needs to installed, you can disable it and this mod will still work
