Thank you and especially for the Daedric only version. The original non-imperial sign font is just a little too "playful" in my opinion. Having the Daedric only looks great and adds immersion to the game. Endorsed!
Seconding that person who asked for a Daedric-only version for non-Imperial signs. Sure, it seems like it defeats the purpose of being able to read signs, but the gains in immersion are worth it to me. (I do like your touch of writing Imperial letters over Daedric ones, but that seems unlikely in many parts of the country.)
Hi! Thanks for the detailed comment. Indeed, my main goal was to make readable road signs. But I see that there is some demand for a Daedric version. I am not an expert in Daedric=) As an experiment, I uploaded an optional archive with only Daedric symbols on road signs for Vvardenfell. If this is really what is needed, I will work on the version for Tamriel Rebuilt. This will take more time, about 100 textures need to be made=).
I would absolutely love to have daedric for TR too. Out of all your signposts, those "handwritten" ones feel a little off to me (font-wise) and while I understand it's meant to be like handwriting, I think pure daedric letters could be both more immersive and less striking ^^ And re: readability, in theory yes, but then you can actually *learn* daedric as you read your hundredth signpost - it could work quite nice as teaching mechanism. And daedric ironically enough has shapes that remind latin alphabet, so it's not that alien as it seems at first
I can't answer for sure, I haven't tested it with BCOM. My mod just replaces the original objects and textures. So if BCOM doesn't touch them, everything should work.
