Yes! I have been annoyed by the same thing for ages and used all kinds of replaces. Glad you are doing something about it. The next thing is to replace their green doors because having clean forts with ridiculously mossy doors is one hell of an eye-sore.
I think I know why they're green. they're probably covered in moss and other crap from being exposed to the elements. (if you go out into the wilderness irl, you'll see things like lichens growing on stone buildings and stuff, making parts of the building appear green. )
I really like this! The more cool tones really work well from what I've seen in game so far.
Though I noticed the texture feels a bit fuzzy from a distance, especially while approaching a fort - sorta like TV static. Is there a chance for a more medium quality version that doesn't stand out quite as much?

i think this is because there are not mip map in the textures.
