This fits in wonderfully, and is not only lore friendly but makes perfect sense for it to exist. Even if one doesn't care to use fast travel, it's an excellent and immersive addition to the world.
The only feedback I have is:
1) When asking the guar handler in Pelagiad about a "specific place" his dialogue mentions that there are no travel services there but that walking is good exercise. 2) The guar in Suran would benefit from being placed in a flatter area. It clips quite a bit in the current location.
Would you be willing to add Guar services from Khuul to Urshilaku Camp? And then maybe from Vos to the other 3 camps? I think that would make it almost perfect
If so, I hope it's an alternative version. Given the ashlander's nomadic, secretive, and aversive (to outsiders) sensibilities, a guar service seems like an odd choice for them.
Nice addition. Have BCoM installed and I don't note any major issues with the nearby structures. But I suspect there is OpenMW issue because many of the Guars are floating in mid air in my setup.....a collision box conflict with the nearby carts it seems. I have the jamming off mod but that never seems to fix these sort of things.
Looks really good, from what I can see it looks like the best implementation of guar travel idea (I'll check it in game next week). From what I can see in screenshots it's probably compatible with most city overhaus, since additions take little space and are quite outside of towns?
