Hi. What is the way new books added to the game? Will they appear in leveled lists and in the bookstores of Vvardenfell?

  six booksellers sell books in Balmora, Ald'ruhn, Vivec, Thirsk, and Mournhold, as
  well as a handful of traders scattered around the game, and on one book is leveled listed
