    this is so much fun

    how would i go about lowering the minimum speed of the ships? (if at all possible)
    i want to be able to really take my time sailing sometimes just to soak in the vibes

      I think you mean lowering maximum speed of ships right?

      I hope there is a way, if not an alternative version could be uploaded under option files maybe. Max speed is waaaaaay too fast. If the max speed was reduce to 1/3 of what it is now, that would be perfect.

      this is possible in 1.1 open the console and set SRE_SpeedFPSMult to 1 or less

    So if i use the original mod as you recommended the meshes overlap and double but if I remove the original and use only yours the boat is there but the merchant isn’t? Unless he’s been moved?

      you dont need any other version of stormrider for this and the ebonheart merchant should always appear now

    May I ask to add small fishing boat to Seyda Neen, available for purchase or maybe for free after completing quest with lighthouse keeper?

    I can't get the merchant to show up.  I'm using OpenMW .49.  Is there a bug or conflict preventing him from appearing?

    Edit: The only way I could get the merchant to show was to use the console:
    "KS_SR_Ship_Merchant"-> PositionCell, 1208, 799, 12, 0, "EbonHeart, East Empire Company Hall"

    Seems there is something wrong with the script that loads him into the cell.  (Not sure why a script is even necessary to put him there?)

      If you go into the openmw-cs (construction set included with OpenMW) and load the plugin, you can find the script "KS_SR_Ini" under Mechanics, Scripts. If you add the line "set doOnce to 0" above the "KS_SR_Ship_Merchant" code it will work. So far I haven't had any problems with that duct tape fix XD

      set doOnce to 0
      if ( doOnce == 0 )

      I saw the script and actually thought of trying what you did, but I assumed it would start making duplicate copies of the guy.

      If that's not the case, I'll try that.

    this mod is incredible! i was hesitant when i saw people having issues as my modlist is ridiculous but it #justworks

    Great mod, would it be possible to add the interior from "Stormrider - Expanded Lands"? It has a lot more detail/better layout.

    I can't seem to get the merchant to show up with MWSE and Mod Organizer. There aren't any problems detected between stormrider expanded and stormrider expanded lands. This is really frustrating.

    Okay I found the man mostly in brown in a room with a man mostly in fancier blue/red clothes. He sold me one boat for 600 then another for 15k Septims.

    Not reporting this as a bug because it could be an incompatibility but Fast Travel fails every time I select Sheograd or Almas Thirr North. All other locations seem ok. When the cell gets loaded you appear underwater and unable to move. Have repeated this several times. This does not seem to be same as the occasional ship disappearing upon cell loading bug reported in some of the READMEs as it is consistent.

    I have OpenMW, the latest Grasping Fortune TR and TOTSP.

    Can you please include a control system document now that the original mod has been removed?

    I see the merchant and can buy a ship fine. But I'm not the sure the control system is working or probably I am not doing the right thing. I can get the ship to move when I first board and am in running mode but I can't recall how to move around the ship.
