Have you thought on doing the same with Ald'ruhn? It could be nice to see a great walled Ald'ruhn

Tried it, doesn't look as nice as you would think it would and its a compatability nightmare.

Great looking mod. Only issue is it causes the Caravaner Daras do be standing under the ramp outside the walls.

    True good mod.
    Works well with https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/46888?tab=posts.
Would be nice to have some archers on the new towers.
    Endorsed.

I considered doing it, I wanted to have a patrolling set along the main wall but that wouldn need a pathgrid edit that opens up a mountain of compatability issues. I can throw a version with just tower archers together, but they might get a bit weird if you ever commit a crime in Maar Gan.

Great mod! Really fits well to Maar Gan! Endorsed!
I second suggestion below, you should add archer or two on some of new towers!
    Thanks for making this mod!

A version with archers is on the to-do list as an optional.

In the screenshots it looks like rocks are clipping into the walls.

I built it that way, its supposed to look like the wall was built up and around the natural terrain.

Hi, epic mod Damius! I came here to let everyone know that this mod IS compatible with the house added by the mod "Olyn Hleran a redoran companion". The house is just outside of Maar Gan and honestly the walls from this mod make it look really cool together. Thank you again for taking the time to create this wonderful mod!

Just tried this out, looks great; the interior of the wall is really atmospheric!

looks amazing, but not sure if it will not to much stand out from rest of the game, now you shoud do Ald-Ruhn too ( if small village can have walls like this, than Ald-Ruhn should have at least same if not bigger, and propably Hlaalu cities should have something similar for consistency

I'm pretty sure someone else is already working on Ald-Ruhn, I've seen wip screenshots on the mmc discord a while ago.

but hope that with same assets, there needs to be some consistency. in this Randompal is right.

Yup, there a few people all working with Dims tileset right now. If nobody steps up I /might/ give it a stab, once I clear more of my queue. I've got 9 months worth of half finished projects to get done first though.

99% compatable, nothing direly broken just some minor clipping. Theres a single parasol mushroom that clips into the far corner of the wall, and one of the smaller cup mushroom is slightly covered by a rock.

It's really cool to see native wall styles have walkways on top! Really makes you feel like its a "frontier" town, with the Ghostfence right there, it gives the settlement the feeling that they built this town keeping in mind it had to be defensible.
