Rule for bug reporting: If an item is broken I need the actual ID of the item. Drop the item on the ground and click on it in the console. You will get an actual id like "common_shirt_02_rr". Give that id to me.
Given I edited like 60 files I'm sure something went wrong so just let me know.
Any other bug reports are welcome assuming its me accidentally packing something I shouldn't have, etc.
Thanks so much! I've always hated those BB female meshes, at least, now, with your clothing edits, they're far less egregious. The shirts look great, I haven't downloaded the robes yet, though, because of the TR compatibility nightmares. Instead, I'm just using Remiros' retextures, from here; I suspect that if you eventually do have the time to tackle the TR issues, these two mods will work very nicely together. Cheers!
EDIT: June 8, 25 I just discovered that there's a new TR patch for Better Robes, so I went and downloaded it, and grabbed your robe patch as well. Between this mod and Remiros' textures, the robes look so good! Thank you! The original BB robes were just awful... It wasn't even so much the size of said canon balls (I mean, quite a few women do have large breasts), but the fact that they looked so horrendously fake.
Great mod like most all of your mods. Any chance that you will give similar treatment for BMA meshes? It would be nice to have feminine shapes of armors but without boobplates. Also it would be great to have patch for Better Robes UFR.
I did think about doing that for the (r) version, but I just decided not to since it was more work. I'm not currently modding morrowind. If you are really interested there are some instructions/resources on how to do the patching in the description/files. AIRC if you do (r) there are like 25ish meshes?
Too bad I never bothered to learn Blender for proper mesh modding. If one day I will finally start to use it, I will try to fix these things. DeFemm patches are okay but I would probably wanted something like this for BMA i.e male models adapted for female shapes. I actually tried to replace BMA female meshes by meshes from this mod and overall it was okay but shoulders/body joints looked pretty bad without pauldrons.
Hello again my friend, I was hoping you could clarify a bit more on installation? Im assuming it would go 1. Better Clothes 2. Your Version, etc. One last question, this applies to make clothing as well? I always thought Roberts worked with vanilla clothing? Thank you so much
As long as these meshes are loaded last it will work. This is only for the female clothing, it just modifies the better body style clothing to more closely resemble vanilla/robert. The male clothing is already close enough IMO.
Roberts does work with vanilla, except in some instances where the "neck" can be seen clipping through clothing. I have a fix for that in the description.
My friend, just got around to installing this. Thank you so much. It's fantastic and I love to see more from this. And ty so much for supporting Roberts.
Have to admit, at first I was skeptical, but after seeing these in game you've completely earned a sincere kudos and have my vote of confidence. These are really great!
I don't know if you are aware, but the Tamriel Rebuilt patch has recieved a few updates lately, with the inclusions of a couple of more meshes. You can find the updated version here: Better Robes - Updated Tamriel Rebuilt Patch. Would you consider improving those meshes as well?
Out of curiosity, do you know of any resources for editing meshes for non-BB meshes? Specifically, converting them into BB meshes? I've got a lot of free time right now and wouldn't mind trying my hand at converting some TR clothes & armor (and perhaps even touching up missed Tribunal/Bloodmoon and even SHotN stuff) to try to cover that content.
I don't think there is? I think you usually start with a better clothes mesh and then adjust it from there. You'd need the same programs I listed. For example for robes you can look for the most similar BB robe and then adjust the UVs to match the clothing or adjust the clothing to fit in the new UVs. I'd recommend starting from a BB source because they'd already have the weights painted correctly.
Ah okay. I'll have to play around with it; honestly sounds a bit less complicated than I was thinking (I was worried I'd be weight painting shudder), but I don't think that I'd be able to do much of the armor. A lot of it seems to be wholly unique meshes. I appreciate the reply, fren! :D

P.s: I like your mods too :-)
