In case you are spawning out of bounds, there seems to be two things that fix it. You have to do both. 1. This mod needs to be late in the load order. At least after BCOM. 2. You need new character. Don't install this mid-playthrough, at least not if you are using any other mods that may touch Vivec. If the mod is late in load order, and your character is fresh, it should work.
it appears the edge of only some of the carpets aren't loading their textures, also some floating NPCs, running on openMW so not sure if that's the issue I've seen similar things with the southwall mod
Hello I love your mod everything is fantastic :) I simply have one problem , this is not serious but I have not seen this posted in any other message on this forum. Inside the Vivec Morag Tong guild hall there are rugs on the floor, the texture for the center of the rugs appear normally, but the tassels the edge the carpets have a missing texture, causing pink stripes on both ends of the carpet. Does anyone perhaps know what could be causing this?
I noticed the meshes have "textures\stav\morag\\rug_edge.dds" as the path to that texture, instead of "textures\stav\morag\rug_edge.dds". It shows up fine in game for me anyway but that may be the cause of your issue.
Hello, I was having the same issue you described. Ulfire is correct, the mesh has an extra slash that probably causes issues for some setups. I'm personally using OpenMW 0.47 and am on Windows 11. I have fixed the mesh by removing the extra slash in the path it was looking for the texture at. I've uploaded the file to the link below. Download and replace your "meshes\stav\morag\f\rug_rect_03.nif" with the file at the link.
Thatguywiththeface's file seems to be gone, is there any way to fix this yourself just removing the single slash? I've tried to check the ini files but can't find the line referred to here
Has anyone been able to enter the Vivec Hidden Area without immediately falling through the map? All the other npcs are falling too, except for Eno. The map looks broken and there's pieces of the old map floating around just outside the boundaries. I've seen some other posters in the comments with similar issues. Anyone know what we're doing wrong? Do you need to start a new game to get this to work?
Edit: tested with a new character and everything went fine. Seems like that's the key. It'd be great if that was part of the description.
checked it and there is few important items from Morag Tong Polished flying in void together with grafity from Velothi Wall Art. BCoM already has replacer files for both mods, so mayby doing non replacer patches would be better ( atleast until this gets merged into BCoM :D )
As I've stated in previous response I do not know, I haven't tested it. Judging by your screenshot you have some other problems as well as overlit image and blurry bloom.
Apparently these should be compatible now. Caeris released a new version and Morag Tong Polished now has an optional compatibility version for Web of Mephala and is also natively compatible with BCOM (i.e., does not need a patch/replacer anymore). Just remember to only use the Web-of-Mephala-compatible esp from MT Polished and load it after WoM (as per Caeris' advice on the MT Polished page). Not sure if that will help with the Velothi Wall Art issues though.
So in my current game, I've been there in the Hidden Area and had a Recall in the middle of the area. As expected, it teleported me in the void after installing the mod, under the new area. But then if I take the trap to get out (the trap is still here), and come back through the trap (in the storage area), I still appear under the new area. Is there something I can do, or does it need a new game at this stage?
I've tried disabling the trapdoor through the console but it doesn't work. I've used TCL to get up, but then I realised the little corridor before the double door has no trap door, it's a dead end; and I suppose it's where the trapdoor is normally. It's like a part of the new area has moved in the void, as I also see three characters hanging in the emptiness... :)
s#*!, it really looks great, but I must have messed up something by teleporting there.
Ok I've removed my mark, deactivated the mod, save, reactivated it, outside of the storage area, and now it works. Removing the mark *seems* to have fixed it.

The ref ID for this carpet is ^_f_mt_rug_03
