If anyone is having problems like i was with trying to get this working, shove the thing in Morrowind/Data Files/scripts instead of Morrowind/Data Files folder. I had a problem with trying to do that cause the description said "manually copy contents of the archive into your ..Morrowind/Data Files/ folder." instead of "manually copy contents of the archive into your ..Morrowind/Data Files/scripts folder.". I hope this helps with some of the people reading.
Hey, archive already contains script folder so its indeed intended to be shoved directly into DataFiles (unless im crazy). Is it possible you tried showing luabehaviourtree2e folder into your DataFiles, instead of the scripts folder from the archive?
MO2 says that about any openmw lua mod, thats fine. The crash shouldnt happen though. I dont even think crashes of "i cant load this script" type exist at all. Share a screenshot or something :)
Saw your message on discord, hope someone can help, you are using some fairly special setup that im not familiar with here, so cant help. I simply use MO2 to orginise mods but then start the game from the exe.
yes .git folder shouldnt be there, but it also shouldnt cause any issues. Im not sure what you mean by "i cant see settings/config for your mods, which requires this" and i beleive Kezyma didn't understand either. If you mean that you dont see a Mercy entry in the options->scripts - then thats ok, Mercy doesnt have any options.
aha, from his answer i somehow understood that it contains settings, ( i am used too that these omw script / lua mods usually have ingame setting / options and when i dont see them there, it usually means something got wrong), then everything is ok
great mod by the way, makes combat way more fun
now i would only need something, which improves fleeing mechanic, both Mercy and BTB and also think Vanilla Friendly Creatures adds flee to enemies, but way how fleeing works in Morrowind is enemies dont run far away enough and keep going back or run to exit of dungeon and there run on spot ( cant use doors to exit ) so they basicly keep you in combat and you have to kill them anyway, instead of possibility to let them run away, so it gets rather annoying
i thing that thing which adds Mercy with enemy laying weapon on ground and exiting combat is way better approach for gameplay
I guess you havent experienced Mercy flee or just assumed that its the same as vanilla. Mercy flee is very different, enemies can open doors and they don't just run in a random direction, they run back to their friends.
Its not omw only, this is pure lua lib, it will work with anything that supports lua It is packaged in omw folder format though, if that's important, but probably its not.

on the end it says: system coudl not found specified path
i use Kezyma's OpenMW Player for Mod Organizer 2 at Morrowind Nexus - mods and community (nexusmods.com) and it was working for all other OpenMW mods, except this one, which stays grey ( in grey letters )
please read my comments here Kezyma's OpenMW Player for Mod Organizer 2 at Morrowind Nexus - mods and community (nexusmods.com) and his answer too
