Added soft effect to Vivec water and waterfalls and force fields in Tribunal and Bloodmoon. Also fixed the lavaswap script to not be horribly jank.

Added some missing meshes and re-did lava to use NiLOD nodes, thus making the Lua script pointless and improving performance, so the script and plugin have been removed, be aware when updating to remove them.
