I'd like to thank S3ctor, Abot, and DetailDevil for helping me with the scripting and navigating the CS to make it all work!
NOTE: The volume cannot be increased in Vanilla Morrowind because it's already at max. If I try to raise the decibels in Audacity, it will start to crackle and be distorted badly. However I was told it might be possible to "fake" raising the volume in the script by making it 2d sound instead of 3d. I have no idea how that will turn out yet. The script is also OpenMW compatible, and the volume can be raised for OpenMW. It's probably set different than Vanilla Morrowind. I have to do some things before testing it out in OpenMW. I did not write the script and have to make sure I am changing the right lines of script before there is a possibility of changing the volume for OpenMW if it needs to change.
DISCLAIMER: If you decide to raise the decibels on the sound files on your own, I am not responsible for any damage that might happen to your ears, headphones, or speakers. I made sure they were not redlining in Audacity for a reason.
Note2: There is an optional ESP for a longer time delay between sounds which is set to 120 seconds. I think this is the sweet spot.
