The UI doesn't seem to change, even as I level up my hand-to-hand the skill never turns green and I can't open the perk menu. :( Is there a command to manually open the menu, maybe?
Edit: I should probably also specify that I keep my MWSE up to date, and as far as I can tell it is installed correctly. The MCM menu is there.
I found myself also having the same issue. The fix is to install BeefStranger's other mod, UI Tweaks, which has become a requirement for most of this mod to function.
@Toska Did you happen to change the amount of perks per level? Also what level are you when its not turning green? I may have found the problem, but the mod still should have worked if you were above level 25
I didn't alter any of the available options, so nope! I've been playing a variety of characters, including one whose H2H level was around 70-75, and still no green and no perks
After installing the UI Tweaks as suggested above I get the green colour as intended. When mousing over the skill, I also get an icon near the bottom and text saying that perk points are available. So far so good. I can't click the skill though, or bring up any kind of perk selection menu. So there must be some other issue? Or maybe I'm doing something wrong? I'm trying to left click on the green hand to hand skill.
Also, it's glorious that we finally have a mod with hand to hand blocking, I've been looking for something like just this high and low when starting my current Orc monk playthrough earlier this year. Now to just iron out the teething problems. :)
edit: I've spent a few hours narrowing the issue down. It turns out the culprit was this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/54980
I believe ive fixed it, for me its working with Intelligence Works Like Endurance installed. Let me know if its still giving you trouble edit: version 2.1
From me, probably not. Im new to lua in general and the openMW lua documentation is not very beginner friendly. Though if anyone wanted to theyre more than welcome to just take any of my code, this was pretty simple to do in mwse

However, there could be ways to not have the downsides, or disable perks should you regret them.
