Changelogs
NPCs in Morrowind are too static. For one, nobody talks to anybody, except the player. This mod attempts to change that.

For the sake of greater immersion, introduces the so called "small talk", known from Oblivion or the Gothic game series. Until recently, a fairly foreign concept in MW.

Ok, but what is it exactly?
Selected pairs of non-essential NPCs will engage in their own conversations, and you will be able to overhear random fragments of their chit-chats. Unlike the pre-scripted dialogues in Von Djangos' amazing Immersive Morrowind, these conversations don't make much sense and at times can actually sound ridiculous (#oblivionai), but will be routinely and randomly repeated to generate a never-ending, lively background noise in locations that are otherwise too quiet. Uses vanilla voices, Kezyma's Voices of Vvardenfell, and a couple of own AI-generated sounds.

Some people like to keep their conversations private, so if you want to eavesdrop, don't get too close!

Affected NPCs
Seyda Neen: Hrisskar & Raflod
Balmora: Rararyn & Dralosa
Pelagiad: Dralas & Kunthar
Ebonheart: Ian & Olfin
Caldera: Medila & Ernand
Hla Oad: Relien & Pallia
Ald-Ruhn: Tauryon & Gindrala
Gnisis: Varian & Vertilvius
Sadrith Mora: Rissinia & Both
Tel Aruhn: Stentus & Shuzug
Molag Mar: Rumare & Nande

Those, who stand close to each other, start talking from the get-go, others will have to walk to a certain spot first, and few of the wandering NPCs will initiate a conversation only if they cross paths.

On top of that, mod introduces some basic routines: depending on the current in-game time, NPCs take breaks and walk, so that they don't talk non-stop.

Compatibility
It wasn't easy, but this time I resisted the urge to script it in MWSE, so OpenMW gamers can rejoice as well. It affects only NPC scripts (one per pair).

Installation
Just unpack and copy to game's main directory. Select the .esp file in your mod load list before running the game.
