It is said that Khajiit add nightshade leafs in their garments to increase sneakiness,
this is only half of the story, as Khajiit use the plant to enhance the efectiveness of enchants in their sneaky clothes.
It is therefore particularily popular with Khajiiti Nightblades.
Look around in balmora for a trader called Ra'Virr he should have a set.
