Now I can live in the house of - what's her name - Dura gro-Lag - in Balmora after the quest - which, actually, fixes the immersion. As for cheatiness, it is up to the user, I think. As for non-lore-ness, it does look like magical transmutation or enchanting, doesn't it.

Squatters Rejoice! Seriously, though, using all of these together makes it much simpler to turn any location into a viable player home, which allows for some interesting RP options.
