Please note: if you installed version 1.0 there was an error with the folder set up. You need to drag the models from your Meshes folder into the 'r' folder, which is itself in the Meshes folder (create that folder if you do not have it already,) then put the models inside of it.
Alternatively, download the current 1.1 file and follow the same installation instructions, and it will work. Delete the unused guar files from your 'meshes' folder when done.
In general, around 80% of all Morrowind mods released interest me. The quality of MW's modding community is just through the roof... Sure, other games may technically have more mods, but, typically, there'll only be a handful (relative to the sheer volume available) that grab my attention in a positive way. Of course, this also makes it difficult to finalise my load order at times, but that's a good 'problem' to have!
That would be cool, but I don't plan to do that at the moment. I would need to look at the various models to see how easy it would be to finagle a similar thing. For guars it was pretty easy because the eyeballs are separate shapes. But I'll think about it ^^
It would be amazing if you'd consider mocking up a new mesh for the Alit 'eyeballs'. That flat texture is one of my wake up at night sweating horror images.
Actually downloaded this thinking it wouldn't be a big deal but makes a massive difference! On par with swinging rope bridges and animated mist, adding subtle touches of life to the world we love! 10/10
I love this! Never knew how much I needed this too, it's perfect.
I use the Aendemika Guar replacer, is it possible to get a patch for this version? (I also just found an alternate texture for that, so I'll throw it in here too just in case lol)
Howdy! The mods you've linked are what are known as 'texture replacers', they only change the image files that are applied to a model, and don't require meshes or .esps themselves.
What this means is that the models from On the Blink are already compatible. If you were to install them alongside the Aendemika Guar Replacer, or its alternate version, those textures will be applied to these models without any extra work needed.
tldr: no need for a patch, they already work together!
Ah, good to know! I had tested it myself and didn't seem to get any blinkies myself, so I assumed there was an extra component to it I might've missed. Thanks for looking into it!
