Living Cities of Vvardenfell puts many of the NPCs of Morrowind on daily schedules. NPCs will move about over the course of day, going to work, temple, the local tavern, or simply wandering around town. At night, more guards come out, while NPCs lock up their shops and go home and turn down the lights. Changelog: For full changelog, see LCV Readme at Wrye Musings.
version 03-13: Miscellaneous tweaks to cell lighting, sleep schedules, misc. schedules, and yet another fix for strange dancing by NPCs.
version 03-11: Pelagiad has been added and night sleep and light schedules have been greatly improved. Expect lights to go down at night even in cities that are not otherwise scheduled. Also changed since version 03-05 are a few schedule tweaks (e.g., caravaners are now scheduled), and a few bug fixes. And for those who hate the schedule change bells, you can now just talk to any town guard about schedules to turn them off. Also included are two extra esps, one for making the schedule changes happen in more locations (e.g., in pubs, temples and guild halls), and one for increased compatibility with MCA 4.1.
