Changes Devilish Vampire Overhaul to work more like oblivion's vampires.

This mod reworks the base vampirism mechanics with the aid of Devilish Vampire Overhaul to make a vampire experience closer to the later games, where you become more and more vampiric the longer you go without feeding. 

Feeding still functions as normal in DVO - You can feed on dead humanoids by sneaking and activating them.

At Stage 1, you will take no sun damage.
At stage 4, everyone will recognize you as a vampire. (This replaces DVO's helmet-hiding mechanic)

You gain new powers at stage 2, 3, and 4 - Vampire's Seduction, Reign of Terror, Embrace of Shadows, functioning like their oblivion counterparts.

Also included in this mod is changes to the clans. Each vampire clan has more unique powers now :

Quarra Clan can enter a blood frenzy, gaining strength at the cost of health. 
Aundae Clan gain a powerful command spell. Their touch is weaker than others, but also absorbs magicka.
Berne Clan can turn into a mist-like form.

Also, an optional file includes support for the three vampire clans from Tamriel Rebuilt and SHOTN -

Khulari gain a powerful paralyze spell, as in daggerfall.
Orlukh gain the ability to become like stone, trading speed for greater endurance and a shield effect.
Finally, the Baluath have an ash-curse that blinds foes and weakens them against fire.
