This makes sense, because according to the vanilla game, there are only 10 indexes in existence, which would make it super inconvenient for people to use, because they'd have to be constantly borrowing and lending them to people.
Exactly! I always wondered how the ancient Dunmer actually used this system like... there's only one index per propylon so how is this system useful for society...?
The .esp doesn't edit any vanilla content if that's your worry (the optional file does though). I didn't know you could place items in the world using Lua. That would be neat.
