Not sure if this counts as a bug, but having the "sound" effect on the Steed birthsign means your character just permanent has this incredibly annoying sound happening around them at all times.
Ritual sign is a wild change, 50% resist when breton is a race is crazy, just having full on 100% resist magicka from level 1 seems like a very real oversight.
I've been testing with this mod and I've been liking some of the changes I have tried so far! However, I feel that the sun damage detriment for the Serpent Sign is too punitive even for veteran players. There is a constant red flash on the screen during the day which I think is very distracting and it makes the early game very very difficult especially if you have a mod setup like mine where the economy is more difficult and it's more difficult to get restore health potions. Maybe you could replace the sun damage with a drain attribute effect or a different kind of weakness to X magic/physical effect or something along those lines?
Edit: Also as a minor suggestion, maybe you could add a constant Feather effect to the Steed stone to represent how steeds can carry more? That is also how it worked in Skyrim.
Beware The Shadow Sign that gives you permanent 10 chameleon. It sounds awesome, but it will cause graphical glitches with some clothing mods due to the constant transparency.
Well I just started as a nord barbarian with the steed and I have to say the jump height is a bit over the top. My base 15 acrobatics can already go past the rooftop of arrile's tradehouse and every time my character jumps he takes fall damage. Maybe a fortify 5 or 10 jump would be more proper I think,
I love the intentions here, but the numbers are really poorly tuned. 10 sanctuary means 10% chance of getting hit. 10 luck means 1% chance of getting hit. 15 luck as you can expect doesn't do anything more than 10 for most, if not, all situations.
