I'm using On The Move (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/45035) and the windchimes were giving me conniptions, so I altered the audio a little bit. You don't need On The Move, this is a sound replacer for the Vanilla game.

You've got two options; the original sound edited to be quieter, or an even quieter sound edited from a royalty-free library somewhere.
I don't even know where this sample is from, I produce music so I just have a whole bunch saved up.
