fix from 0.3 - default goty value to 0.2 modded value (so it can stay in the mod after plugin cleaning process)
Sadly mod still depends on Gold value not on weight or weight*value as i would prefer
however its better and cleaner now :)
file take 1 kb not 0, but zip compression is that good :)

General information
After the gaming i get to nexus to find the mod that could maybe make my pickpocket experience a little bit nicer i found one, however it had multiple garbo edits that have nothing to do with picking a pocket

Someone in the Comment suggested to just make the mod myself and you know what? I MADE THE MOD MYSELF it turns out i had same garbo edits as the mod, but i did the research and cleaned the garbo data from the mod :) NOW ITS DONE, mod is fixed out of garbo and works
What the mod do:
Mod edit this 2 values and NOTHING ELSE:
Ipickpocket max chance 75 - 100
fpickpocket modifier 0.5/0.3 - 0.2
In practice mod increase max chance to yoink item in calculations from 75 to 100 and pickpocket skill modifier to 0.2 so universal high level character should have 78% pick pocket chance? on average while full stamina fortified max character should have 100% chance
Pickpocket check is injected twice (entering the pocket, taking the item) so i wanted to make the experience as painless as possible while still giving chances to fail
Steal check is Security based* and consider value of the item, not weight
